Symptoms
On : 9.2 version, Forecasting
When attempting to forecast an absence in 2nd run, the following error occurs.
ERROR

Error Code (17005, 000480) occurred. Please take note of this error code and notify your system administrator.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to ESS -> Request Absence
2. Input absence and forecast
3. Forecast again

Due to this issue, users will encounter an error while forecasting again.
