For a couple of highly compensated employees, the 401(a) limit 280,000 is being imposed too early.  If the AD/D plan is terminated, the Limit is no longer imposed on the 401K plans.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Payroll for employee with earnings close to 280,0000. Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing > Produce Payroll > Calculate Payroll
