On : 9.2 version, Workflow

Address change on self service doesn't generate an email notification to the admin

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When an address change was submitted in self service, email notification was only sent to the requester and no email was sent to the admin to notify them the change is made to the system.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect employee's address changes to route to Personnel administrator for approval.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to Main Menu>Self Service>Personnel information>Home and Mailing address
2.Login as employee
3.Edit Home address and Save
4. Email goes to employee
5. Email does not go to Personnel administrator.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, address changes are not notified to Personnel Administrators.
