Symptoms

When installing PeopleTools using DPK, Tuxedo was not installed and the psft_dpk_setup.log shows the following failure:

Puppet (debug): Resource does exist
Puppet (debug): Resource does not exist
Puppet (err): Could not set 'present' on ensure: JDK directory <PATH> does not exist (file: <DPK_INSTALL>/dpk/puppet/production/modules/pt_setup/manifests/tools_deployment.pp, line: 204)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download the PeopleTools DPK patch.
2. Run the DPK setup script.
