Symptoms
When Prior Period is selected on Time and Labor Installation, the prior week time is not getting copied to current week.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In T&L installation table (Set Up HCM > Install > Product Specific > Time and Labor Installation) set the default from to prior period
2. Log in as employee enrolled in PSWEEK time period and navigate to employee Self Service, Time tile
3. Click Weekly time
4. Click prior week and input hours
5. Click back to current week
6. Click copy from previous week then Nothing to copy message occurred
