Symptoms
New custom Fluid template(s) for Life Events do not appear in the drop down list for selection of a Template Title on the Event Category page.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new template for a Life Event (Navigation: Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Activity Guide Composer > Templates).
2. Attempt to add the template to a Life Event on the Event Category page (Navigation: Set Up HCM > Product Related > eBenefits > Life Event > Event Category, Fluid Category page).
