Goal

Getting an error when trying to do search Main Menu>Purchasing>Receipts>Receiver Workbench  

One user is  getting an error when trying to do search (Main Menu>Purchasing>Receipts>Receiver Workbench>)

This is only happening to one user. The user gets logged out of Peoplesoft.

1. Go to Receiver Workbench, select an Workbench ID
2. Modify the "From Receipt Date" and the "To Receipt Date".
3. Click Search. The user gets logged out from Peoplesoft. Hitting Search after Change the date criteria kicks the uses out of PeopleSoft
