Symptoms

An employee enters a Life Event but exits before enrolling in Benefits. The employee later returns to Benefits Enrollment rather than going to Benefits Enrollment in the Life Event. The Life Event Activity Guide that opens is the delivered Life Event template, even though a custom template was used for the original one.

STEPS

1. Create a Life Event for a Birth (Navigation: Employee Self Service > Benefits Details tile > Life Events).
2. After submitting the Birth Date, select Benefits Enrollment.
3. Click Start Enrollment.
4. Exit before submitting any elections.
5. Attempt to enter the elections in Benefits Enrollment (Navigation: Employee Self Service > Benefits Details tile > Benefits Enrollment).
