Fluid Back Button Is Not Working As Expected When Working With Alerts (Doc ID 2567182.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE

Back button in the Fluid header is not taking to the correct page when trying from Alerts in Notification Icon


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as AN employee and click on Notification Flag in the header
2. Select any alert for testing
3. Click on the Alert and it is showing the message correctly
4. Now, click on the Fluid Header back button which should take to Manager Self Service
5. However, it is not landing on Manager Self Service page, instead the modal alerts pop up has now replaced the entire page
