Symptoms

On : 8.57.04 (or higher) version, PeopleSoft Update Manager, PUM environment

When attempting to install Native OS Image to a Windows 2012 R2 Standard virtual machine,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

name 'CalledProcessError' is not defined

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Began the installation process
