Entrance Interview Information URL Broken Via Student Center (Doc ID 2569251.1)

Symptoms


In Campus Solutions 9, the entrance interview information link can't be displayed in self-service using Internet Explorer


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Set Up SACR > Common Definitions > Self Service > Financial Aid > Self Service Options
  2. In the Awarding Options tab, put ‘https://studentloans.gov’ in the entrance interview URL field
  3. Navigate to Self Service > Campus Finances > Accept/Decline Awards
  4. Select an Aid Year. Click the Entrance Interview Information Link
  5. In Firefox, it will not display anything meaning the page is blank; using an IE browser will show the message "This content cannot be displayed in a frame"; and using Google Chrome shows an hourglass that keeps on spinning.
