E-BIP: BI Publisher Report Print Wrong Dates When Used Date Format As 'D MonthYYYY' in RTF templates (Doc ID 2571036.1)

When using date format as 'D MonthYYYY' for a form field in RTF template it is resulting in wrong dates when running the report.

For instance with the above format if it has to print 1st June-2019 instead it prints 7th June-2019
