DYNROLE_PUBL Failing With The Error That Object No Longer Exists (Doc ID 2571121.1)

When attempting to run : DYNROLE_PUBLthe following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. To access the User Profile - Roles page, select PeopleTools--Security--User Profiles and click the Roles tab.
2. Click the Execute Rule(s) button on the page to execute the role rule(s). The Execute Rule(s) button launches the DYNROLE_PUBL application engine program which executes the rule(s).
3. Run DYNROLE_PUBL Application Engine process
