The External Candidate Gateway My Account Information Page Displays Only the Save Button and Instructions and No Data Fields Are Displayed

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When an external applicant is logged into Candidate Gateway and clicks on the My Account Information link the user sees a page with the instructions and the SAVE button but no other fields or group boxes.
Instead, the applicant expects to see the instructions, the SAVE button, and the other fields normally in this page such as Settings, Name, Address, and so forth.
The issue may be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The external applicant user is logged into Candidate Gateway
2. The applicant clicks on the My Account Information link
3. The applicant sees a page that shows the instructions and the SAVE button but no other fields or group boxes
