"No Data Available" displayed on Group Contract Summary Tile when Group Single Supplier contracts available (Doc ID 2572040.1)

Symptoms

Group Single Supplier and Group Multi Supplier contacts and related contracts with purchase orders are available but "No Data Available" is displayed on Group Contract Summary tile instead of the Data.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Group Single Supplier Contract
2. Add Related Contrats
3. Save
4. Add Group Contract Summary tile to Homepage
Issue : Group Contract Summary tile shows "No Data Available"
