Getting "Record 'RECV_LN_SHIP' not found in scroll level 0" error while accessing Custom Fields Page on Receipt Component

Symptoms
System throws RECV_LN_SHIP not found error while clicking custom fields button at the distribution page on Receipt Component.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate : eProcurement > Manage Requisitions
2. Search Requisition
3. Select Receive option from the drop down list
4. Click Go
5. Select the Receipt Line
6. Click Receive Selected
7. Click Distribution Button
8. Click Custom Fields
Getting below error:
