When Applicant Withdraws Application the Status Change Email Notification Is Not Sent To the Recruiter And/Or Manager (Doc ID 2573199.1)

Symptoms

When an applicant withdraws an application, an email should be sent to the related Recruiter and/or Hiring Manager of the Job Opening from which the application is being withdrawn.
However, the status change email is not being sent to the related Recruiter and/or Hiring Manager when the withdrawal occurs.

Tracing of the process shows that the correct job opening is not being selected for the email notification.
Instead the code is setting the Job Opening to "0", which has no Recruiter and/or Hiring Manager.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Configure to send notifications when an applicant withdraws an application.
Set up HCM > Product Related > Recruiting > Status Area
Recruitment Area: 3-Recruitment Summary
Checked the ‘Notification’ box for 130-Withdrawn

2.  Enter a valid email addresses for Primary Recruiter & Primary Hiring Manager -
Navigation: PeopleTools > Security > User Profiles > User Profiles - General Tab – Edit Email Address

3.  Ensure Recruiter & Hiring Managers are listed on the Job Opening Hiring Teams page
Navigation:  Recruiting > Search Job Openings >click the specific Job Opening > click the Details Tab > click the Hiring Team Tab


3. Applicant Withdraws Application
Sign into Candidate Gateway as the existing applicant
Click ‘Withdraw’ button for the job opening and OK on confirmation message
Verify that the application has been withdrawn
No emails are received by the Recruiter and/or Hiring Manager related to the job opening


4. Data in the PS_PT_WF_NOTFY_TBL shows that the applicant applied to Job Opening = #### but the withdrawal is associated with  Job Opening = 0
SQL>  SELECT EMAIL_TEXTLONG from  PS_PT_WF_NOTFY_TBL  where CREATEOPRID ='USERNAME'
