When attempting to perform Reporting change transaction the following error occurs.
ERROR

Transaction configuration data is missing for HR_CWR_REPORTING_CHANGE
Please contact your administrator. The configuration data is required for this transaction to continue.
STEPS
-------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Team --> Select Employee--> Job and Personal Information --> CWR-Reporting Change
