Symptoms
When terminating an employee, receiving a 'Think-time PeopleCode Event'
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Workforce Admin > Job Information > Job Data
2. Add a Row to Terminate Employee
3. Select Employee Data
4. Set to inactive - Time Reporter Data
5. Click OK
6. Receive Error
