E-PRCS: PRCSYSPURGE Not Deleting Directories When Report Node Uses SFTP (Doc ID 2579456.1)

On : 8.56 version, Process Scheduler

Problem with PRCSYSPURGE not deleting directories

Report Repository directories not being deleted when running the PRCSYSPURGE process. The Report Node is configured to use SFTP protocol with Public and Private Keys under Connection Properties. When the PRCSYSPURGE process runs it initially starts to purge the first directory but then ceases to proceed further.
 
ERROR

"0.070256 PSCurlFileTransferSession: DeletesftpDirectory : FTP library Error code : 67 - Login denied
0.000014 PSCurlFileTransferSession: MapErrorcode.
0.000014 PSCurlFileTransferSession: RemoveDirectory : Failed to delete the directory."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

a. Navigation : Main Menu > PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Report Nodes
b. Protocol: SFTP
c. Under Connection Properties setup PUBLICKEY and PRIVATEKEY properties. See related E-RD: Reports Not Posting With SFTP Report Distribution Node (Doc ID 1982886.1)
d. PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > System Process Requests
e. Select any Run Control ID
f. Hit [Run]
g. Enter any Process Scheduler Server in [Server Name]
h. Select PRCSYSPURGE
