Can the My Team Leave Balance page use PS_LEAVE_ACCRUAL to populate balances under the My Team tile?
According to PeopleBooks, Self-Service Applications=>PeopleSoft eProfile Manager Desktop => My Team – Leave Balances page:
Data Sources
Leave balances come from PeopleSoft HR Base Benefits, if available, then from PeopleSoft Absence Management.
Data for compensatory time comes from PeopleSoft Time and Labor. An employee must be enrolled in Time and Labor to accrue compensatory time.
