Symptoms
When using Mandatory Learning on a class in ELM9.2; the system will re-enroll learners who have completed or dropped the class. Historical credit is set to the start date so as to catch just new learners to the learner group. Due date set...and the renewal date is not required on this class.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Enterprise Learning > Learner Tasks > Enroll Learners
- mass enroll 40,000 employees
- to catch new hires - set up mandatory learning
- run mandatory learning process
