'Units taken value not valid for course (14640, 103)' Error Using a Remove Grade Action in Block Enrollment

Symptoms
On : 9.2 version, Student Records Enrollment
When attempting a Remove Grade action using Block Enrollment, the following error occurs:

Units taken value not valid for course (14640, 103).
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Enroll Students > Block Enrollment.
2. Create a course block with a remove grade action and merge it with a student block.
3. Attempt to submit the request and the error will occur.
