Total Rewards Errors When There is No Primary Job Indicator

On : 9.2 version, Compensation
Total Rewards is causing errors that are stopping the process from being able to be run. This is happening for employees where there is no Primary Job Indicator

Employee has multiple jobs where the Job Indicator is not set to Primary. Employee should have at least one job where the Job Indicator is set to Primary Job. The total reward statement displays reward amounts in the currency defined on the employee's Primary Job. This employee has been placed into an Extract Error status. Correct the employee's Job Indicator on Job Data to have one Primary Job or modify the Group Definition to include the employee's Primary Job, and then run the Reward Extract process again.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Login as an Administrator
1) Goto the Job data page for KU0002 with empl rcd 0
Click on correct history and change the Job indicator to Secondary Job and Save.
Business Unit GBIBU
Company GBI
2) Add an Employment Instance and Empl rcd 1. Enter the relevant details and add the following
Business Unit MC1BU
Company MC1 and Save.
3) Similarly Add Empl Rcd 2 with the following
Business Unit HXPF
Company PSI and Save.
4) Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Group Build > Group Build - Group Definition
Goto Group Definition and enter the same conditions

Job EFFDT Current
Job HR_STATUS Equal
Job PER_ORG Equal
Job BUSINESS_UNIT In List (Note: Enter
the Value for BU HXPF and MC1BU)
Job EMPLID Equal (Note: Enter
the Value as KU0002)
Save
5) Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Group Build > Security by Group Enter Group ID
Make sure to click on the default button so all security is included.
6) Main Menu > Compensation > Total Rewards > Administer Statement
Enter the Group ID previously added and use existing Template ID TOTALREWARDS01
Click on the validate Icon. Extract Icon is available
Click on Check Messages
Observe the error
