ETL92: Leave / Comp Time Tile Balance Hours Do Not Match Detail

Symptoms
It appears when employee navigates to Time tiles main page, the balance displayed on does the match the balance details after the user clicks on the Leave/Comp Time tile to drill down to the details. It does not reflect the correct balance if the user has taken time in the current period.
Steps to Recreate:
Navigation: Employee Self Service > Time > Leave / Comp Time tile
1. Select a fluid employee who has reported leave time in current period.
2. Login as employee and note balance displayed on the Leave/Comp Time tile on this main page.
3. Employee drills down on the Leave/Comp Time tile. Note: balance is different.
