Symptoms
When attempting to Approve or Deny a Reconciliation in the status of “Reconciliation in Progress”, getting below errors:
"The following error occurred when calling DoApprove(): (18036,6237) GLRN_WB.GBL.GLRN_WB_WRK.PB_GO.FieldChange PCPC:7520 Statement:94'
Or
"The following error occurred when call DoDeny(): (18036, 6240) GLRN_WB.GBL.GLRN_WB_WRK.PB_GO.FieldChange PCPC:9576 Statement 126"
Steps to replicate:
1. Login as ADMIN and navigate to General Ledger > Perform Reconciliation > Configurations
a) Assign Approver, Reconciler privileges to USERA
b) Select Approve and Deny for Reconciliation In Progress status
2. Create/Submit Recon with Reconciliation In Progress status
3. USERA navigates to General Ledger > Perform Reconciliation > Workbench and attempts to Approver/Deny
4. Error is received
