Symptoms
On : 9.2 version, Approvals PUM 9.2.31
The Time Administration process is deleting all the rows from EOAW_SUMMARY Table which are not part of the run.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Time Administration (Navigation: Time and Labor > Process Time > time Administration).
