Add/Update PO - When Dispatching a Purchase Order after Reserving a PO ID Get Data Conflict Error (Doc ID 2590274.1)

Symptoms

Data Conflict Error Message with Dispatching a Purchase Order(PO) after Reserving PO ID

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1.Reserve a PO ID.
Navigation:Main Menu > Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Reserve PO ID
2.Bring up the Purchase Order using Add/Update PO page.
3. Click on PO Defaults with override option, enter values
4. Add 2 line items.
5. Click Dispatch <Button>
6. Chose option No to schedule dispatch later.

Data conflict error is observed!

Workaround: It is possible to work around the message by coming out of the Purchase Order and going back into it a second time to Dispatch.
