When attempting to add bank routing information in fluid self service direct deposit page SSF_DER_DDEP_FL
the following error occurs.

Please enter routing number
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Log in as a student and select the option for direct deposit
attempt to add a routing number for a bank that is not setup in the banking table at
(Banking table can be found at Setup Common Objects > Common Definitions > Banking > Banks)
Save and see message "Please enter routing number" even though you have populated a routing number populated on the self service page.
