Symptoms
Text IDs BEN_ENR_SELECTION and SEL_OE_CLOSED are not rendering correctly for HTML code.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add HTML code to an Event Class row for Text ID BEN_ENR_SELECTION
2. Log in as an employee to Benefits Self Service > Benefits Detail > Benefits Enrollment to see that the Text associated to Blank Event Class is used and no HTML is applied.
