Symptoms
When attempting to select an item for overdue charge to batch standard from Receivables Workcenter, the following error occurs.
Steps To Replicate
1. Navigate to :- Main Menu > Receivables Workcenter.
2. Go to My Work > Items > Pending Items Group to post.
3. Look for an Item with the Group Type as ‘Overdue Charge’ and Posting Action as ‘Do Not Post’.
4. Select the item and try to select the ‘Batch Standard’ Option from the Action drop down.
5. Once the Batch Standard Option is selected the system will highlight the Business Unit in Red and provide an Error message.
6.Click on the Error message box to view the error.
