Union Code is Not Updating through Position Management POSITION_DATA_E To POSITION_DATA CI or Job Data

Symptoms
Position Management is not updating Union Code through Fluid Position Management.
The CI between POSITION_DATA_E and POSITION_DATA is not updating POSITION_DATA properly when a Union Code is removed through Fluid Position Mgmt. The Union Code is removed from POSITION_DATA_E however when the CI writes to POSITION_DATA the Union Code is still attached to the position. It is also not flowing through to job data.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Workforce Administrator
2. Position Management Tile
