E-PC: Iframe opened with unlimited width being called from a related content

Symptoms
On Hebrew RTL pages/components set with a Related content setup after PT upgrade to 8.56
Opening a custom related content area (when it is an IFRAME and not a peoplesoft component) the area of the rc is very wide and create non relevant blank areas on the page.
When pushing the custom RC Link in the RC area, the width parameter is changing to a normal value, but the content is still wide and the direction is RTL (and not LTR as the rest of the page)
No such issue in PT 8.53 when the Iframe was opening as expected in RTL and having the expected width.
After upgrading from 8.53.10 to 8.56.13, 2 separate links that open different related contents:
(1) with IFRAME
(2) to another component in the system
Related Content no. 2 works OK, but when we open no. 1 the IFRAME is being opened with a unlimited size of width and only by moving it, it gets back to the correct size and after the correction there is a blank space in the screen.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the page with the links.
2. Open link that opens related content to another component in the system
3. Open link that opens related content with IFRAME
