ECM: Assign Addenda Parse ID Page Does Not Open, Error -- Page Unresponsive (Doc ID 2605755.1)

Symptoms

 

The Assign Addenda Parse ID page does not open.  When attempting to open the page, there is an icon that spins continuously until the page gives an error.

The page does not open if there is data.  It appears to open only if there is no data.

ERROR
Page unresponsive


STEPS
1.  Navigate to Main Menu > Banking > Administer Reconciliation > Assign Addenda Parse ID
2.  Try to open the page

3.  The page does not open and will eventually return the above error
