Symptoms
HR Photo is not displayed when the user is updating the photo through Personal Details or Company Directory Profile pages.
The issue can be replicated as follows:
1. Log in as PS/PS in an HCM environment.
2. Check Allow Employee to Upload Photo in Installation under HCM Options.
3. Log out and Log in again.
4. Click on Employee Self Service > Personal Details tile and click Update Photo link.
5. HR Photo is not displayed.
