E-PRCS: JobSet Report not Showing all Processes within the PSJob If PSJob Was Modified (Doc ID 2607151.1)

Symptoms

JobSet Report not showing all processes within the PSJob of the PSJob was modified.

In order to replicate the issue, follow the below steps:
1. Log into PIA.
2. Navigate to PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Jobs.
3. Create a new job definition by adding App Engine AEMINITEST process for 24 times.
4. Navigate to PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Schedule JobSet Definitions.
5. Create a new one using the newly created job.
6. Save the JobSet.
7. Click on JobSet Report link.
8. Select "Show Job Tree" under "JobSet Report Options" and click OK.
9. All 24 processes displayed.
10. Navigate back to PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Jobs.
11. Pull up the job.  Add an additional 8 rows at the bottom (for a total of 32).
12. Navigate to PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Schedule JobSet Definitions.
13. Pull up the JobSet schedule.
14. On the Schedule JobSet Items tab, all 32 processes appear for the job.  
15. Save the JobSet.
16. Click on JobSet Report link
17. Select "Show Job Tree" under "JobSet Report Options" and click OK.
18. Only 27 of the 32 processes appear.
