When Quantity and Total Amounts are updated from Fluid My requisition they are not Getting Updated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create Fluid Requisition with 1 item of $8.00 .
2.Requisition is modified to show new Quantity of 5 and the Update Cart button is selected.
3. Clicking on the Checkout button yields the pop-up asking if I want to apply the changes and I say OK.
4.Quantity shows 5 and the new Total is $40.00 which is correct. select the Save button.
5.The requisition displays with the correct quantity and price after the changes were made and Saved. select the My Requisitions button.
6.My Requisitions displays showing the Open Requisition with the updated changes. This requisitions is sitting there waiting to be edited OR to be submitted. So far, everything has worked as it should. click on edit from actions
7.revise the Quantity from 5 to 10 and select the Update Cart in the top right. It appears as though the cart has been updated.
8.then select the Checkout button to continue on.Once again, the pop-up displays asking if I want to apply the changes. I select OK.
9.The requisition displays and looks like the Quantity is still holding at 10 with the Total showing $80.00. At this point I should be able to Save or Submit. Since I am only done shopping for now, I choose the Save button.
10.The Quantity appears to still be 10 with a Total price of $80.00. I then select My Requisitions to go back to my entire list.
11.the Total Amount in My Requisitions is back to the $40.00 and not the $80.00 as expected.
12.select Edit to view the Requisition in more detail. The shopping cart displays the old value of 5 which is not the updated quantity of 10 I had just made.
