Issue In The Employee Self Service Email Address Change Validation Text due to Message catalog (1500,169) for German language

In the Employee Self Service > Email Address Change Request page.
When employee tries to change his email address, there is an email address validation box which appears where Double quotation mark is present instead of @ .
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign in using German language
2. Navigate to Employee Self Service > Email Address Change Request page
3. @ sign is not defined as required .
