E-PRCS: Down Arrow Not Working on Reporting Console Links

Symptoms
Down arrow on Reporting Console links does not work.
Nothing happens when using the down arrow on any of the links from Reporting Console page. It should expand the links from the Report Console page.
In order to replicate the issue follow the below steps:
1. Log into PIA.
2. Navigate to Reporting Tools > Reporting Console.
3. Click on down arrow from any of the existing links on the page.
4. Nothing will open.
