SSF_2202_PRT App Engine Fails With Error (14015,11) When Pop Select Query Includes Bind Values (Doc ID 2619807.1)

Symptoms

This problem is specific to Campus solutions  9.2 Canadian Tax Reporting T2202 processing.

When attempting to run SSF_2202_PRT app engine using a pop select query that requires run time variables (bind variables) for year or emplid from the following navigation
Student financial > taxes > Create T2202 PDF Forms   the following errors may occur:
 
Runtime Parameter value not entered for field CALENDAR_YEAR (14015,11) SCC_POP_SELECT.MODEL.Adapters .PSQueryAdapter.OnExecute Name:EditParmData PCPC:13556 Statement:211 Called from:SCC_POP_SELECT.MODEL.Adapters.PSQueryAdapter.OnExecute Name:ExecuteQuery Statement:60 Called

Runtime Parameter value not entered for field EMPLID  (14015,11) SCC_POP_SELECT.MODEL.Adapters .PSQueryAdapter.OnExecute Name:EditParmData PCPC:13556 Statement:211 Called from:SCC_POP_SELECT.MODEL.Adapters.PSQueryAdapter.OnExecute Name:ExecuteQuery Statement:60 Called
