Goal
The user whom is assigned as Reconciler on a Reconciliation Rule does not have "Delete Attachment" selected on User Security - Access Control page (General Ledger > Perform Reconciliation > Configurations > User Security). However, this user is able to delete attachments from their assigned Reconciliations.
What setup needs to be in place in order for the "Delete Attachment" to work as expected?
