Symptoms
Unable to see Business Partner information in the ESS Personal Details Page for Employee.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as an Administrator
2. Go to Group Definition and create a Group ID with Group Definitions (Navigation: Workforce Administrator > Manage Business Partners > Group Build)
3. Add details for Security by Group
4. Go to Matrix Teams and Add the Details for Matrix Types
5. In the Matrix Team, add all the details and in the Source select Access Type 'By Group ID'
6. In the Partner Configuration > Configure Business Partner select the checkbox for Company Directory and Personal Details
7. Enter details for Alternate Team Contact
8. Go to Employee Self Service > Personal Details
9. No Business Partner Information is observed.
