E-PG: Warning Maximum Number Of Records Found Matching Specified Key(s) While Opening Pending Approvals. (Doc ID 2625844.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open the Fluid Pending Approvals page for expense, the following warning message/error occurs:
If the User hits ok button, the Expense Report is opened successfully.

"Maximum number of records found matching specified key(s) -- others not included in list. When performing a lookup, the database returned more rows than can be accommodated in the list box. Use a Partial Key value or Advanced Search to limit the number of rows returned or specify more characters to further qualify the key value."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Navigation 1

1. Log into the FSCM Online Application as User ID VP1
2. Go to Fluid Approvals homepage, and open the submitted Expense Report
3. Click on the Work Center Expense Report
4. The warning message occur

Navigation 2

1. Login to PIA
2. Navigate to Reporting Tools > Pivot Grid > Pivot Grid Wizard
3. Select a Grid and Go to the step 3 from step 2
4. The warning message occurs
