Symptoms

After configuring IMAP and when attempting to check the message count from the PeopleTools -> MultiChannel Framework -> Email -> Sample Pages the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure IMAP.
2. Navigate to PeopleTools -> MultiChannel Framework -> Email -> Sample Pages.
3. Check the message count.
