Fluid Requisition Defaults And Due Dates Don't Default Onto The Requisition Lines (Doc ID 2628081.1)

Symptoms


When creating a new eProcurement and specify a due date on the special request page, system is not defaulting it on the due date on the schedule page

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new eProcurement requisition form the fluid tile.
2. Add special request item and specify a due date
3. Check out and check the requisition schedule page.
4. Notice that the due date is not defaulting correctly
