Symptoms
On the Open Enrollment tile, the “Welcome to Open Enrollment” step of the Open Enrollment Activity Guide takes 10 – 15 seconds to load.
The “Welcome to Open Enrollment” step of the OE activity guide should load quickly.
1) Employee with an open enrollment for benefits accesses the system and clicks on the Open Enrollment tile.
2) After clicking on the Open Enrollment tile, the “Welcome to Open Enrollment” step of the OE activity guide takes 10 – 15 seconds to load.
