Symptoms
When working with the guided self service, the requestor comments show unformatted on the Approval page.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Manager Self Service Fluid Home page> Approval tile>Fluid Pending Approvals page
2. Check requestor comments
3. Comments show unformatted in one single line without carriage return.
