Error-Cannot find Component Interface {EOPM_ACCESS_LISTX_WEB857_CI} (91,2)While Running Change Assistant.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create CA Job to add supplier scorecard - bug 26047283
2. Get to step Running the Security Tool
3. Observe failure
