Symptoms
On : 8.57 version, PeopleSoft Update Manager
When attempting to execute the psft-dpk-setup.bat script to install FSCM PUM Image 33, the following error occurs in the Windows Command Prompt output.

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'yaml'
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Download the FSCM PUM Image 33 VirtualBox DPK setup zip files.
- Extract zip file 1 of 13.
- Navigate to the DPK_INSTALL/setup folder.
- Run the psft-dpk-setup.bat script located in DPK_INSTALL/setup.
- Error occurs.
