EGL 9.2: Unable to Download Journal Lines to Excel from Manage Journal Approval Page

Symptoms
Journal Entry grid is missing Download to Excel icon when navigation done from Manage Journal Approval
Steps to Replicate:
1. Navigate to General Ledger > Journals > Journal Entry > Manage Journal Approval
2. Search for journals with Approval Status = Pending
3. Click on Journal
4. Click "Go to Journal Entry Page" hyperlink - Download to Excel icon is shown on grid
5a. Click on Next Group icon - Next Group replication.
- Download to Excel icon is now missing on JE page
5b. Click on Template List hyperlink - Template replication.
6. View or Update Template and click Ok to go back to Journal Entry page
- Download to Excel icon is now missing on JE page
